Dinosaur Provincial Park is managed to preserve the internationally and provincially significant paleontological, natural and historical features found here as well as provide visitors with recreation and education opportunities. Striking this balance is challenging. Discover more about this by reviewing the Park Paleontology section to learn about managing the fossil remains. Check out New Developments for additions to park facilities, services or land base. For your safety and protection of the park wildlife and flora, visit the Rules & Regulations section. Find out which activities require a special permit and learn more about how you can get involved by visiting the Cooperating Association/Volunteer section.
