Special permits or letters of authority are required by Alberta Tourism, Parks and Recreation for certain activities within most parks and protected areas, including William A. Switzer Provincial Park. Types of activities include: Guiding & Instruction, Special Events, Commercial Filming & Still Photography, and Research & Collection.
