Alberta Tourism Digital Assets Library – Upcoming Changes

To better serve the needs of the tourism industry and other users of the Alberta Tourism Digital Assets Library (DAL), we are aligning our library services with the Travel Alberta Multimedia Library – creating an efficient and effective one stop shop. We are looking forward to a site with improved service and greater ease of use.

Unfortunately, this change will require the DAL to be offline for an undetermined period. Our current service will go offline at noon (Mountain Time) on March 31, 2014. We are sorry for the inconvenience this causes and we will update you as soon as a new solution is available.

Please request any orders you require by noon on March 31, 2014 to ensure they get approved before the system goes offline.

In the meantime, you can access images through the Travel Alberta Multimedia Library. If you have not previously used Travel Alberta’s Multimedia Library, you will be presented with a registration form. Upon completion of the form, you’ll receive immediate access to an initial set of tourism assets. Access to additional resources will be made available following a review of the information provided in the registration form. You can expect a response on the status of your registration within one business day. For assistance with the Travel Alberta Multimedia Library, please contact Alex Chan, Digital Asset Management Specialist at damadmin@travelalberta.com or by phone at 403-648-1036.

We appreciate your patience. Please get in touch if you have any questions.
